I think some of the concepts are little advanced for your average investor. Some of the deals that the author talks about are millions of dollars (and higher) and may seem a little daunting.

Having taken a course taught directly by Mr. Mark Weiss more than a decade ago, I can't recommend his books and programs enough. He is well rounded, direct and generous in his presentation both live and in his materials. Unlike many books on the market on the same or similar topic, Mr. Weiss's book outlines step by step what he has learned in decades in the business and how everyone from the amateur to the pro can apply them successfully. Bravo. A ++
