Nothing New to See Here

There is nothing in this book that hasn't been written extensively elsewhere on the internet by folks like Brett McKay of the Art of Manliness or Mike Cernovich of Danger and Play. Furthermore, the book was short. On one hand, this is a nice thing. It's a quick read! On the other hand, it lacked substance. For example, it played into the Red-Pill alpha-beta dichotomy that has little scientific basis in human psychology. If the author could include scientific studies to back up his claims about "alpha males," it would add more substance as well as add some pathos to his work!
There was one "golden nugget" I particularly enjoyed, however. Jason shortly discusses the difference between arrogance and confidence which you'll have to get the book to read! Unfortunately, it was the only new (to me) tidbit I read in the book. Everything else has been used and written about to death online.
You might find something interesting or get inspired for a short time with this quick read, but there's nothing new you can't find somewhere else online for free.

A good read that helps you to project confidence in everything you do.

To sum this book up it is all about having confidence and presenting that to others. No that isn't all this book says, it gives you tips and hints on how to show your confidence in a manner of different ways from speaking, to walking. It has a wide variety of topics covered that help you to understand how to be confident and project that in what you do and say.
I thought this was a helpful read and it is well written. It is a quick read, but full of good information. This is a good read for all guys, whether you are single and looking for a lady, or looking for a new job or a promotion at your job, this book gives helpful hints on how to present the best you possible. As I read through this I couldn't help but think of examples of the things he talked about in people that I have seen and know that use the points he laid out, whether they know it or not. Every guy should read this book.

Needs more thorough editing, appeals to dichotomous thinking, & makes claims with no evidence, but would make a good blog series

It's nice that the author is trying to help people by not charging for the Kindle version, and while I'm sure some people may find some value in this book, I had a hard time getting past 1) the writing style, 2) the adherence to dichotomous thinking, and 3) the lack of evidence for any of the claims made in the book.
1) The book is written in an incredibly informal style, similarly to the way a person might speak; it felt more like a first draft of a blog post where the author was just getting out the core ideas they planned to expand upon later, but then forgot to edit for coherence and consistency of style. There are succinct chapters with different sections, but the writing that fills in those sections feels more like a stream of consciousness rather than well thought out ideas. Regardless of the content, the book would benefit from some major editing.
2) One other issue I had is that the book succumbs to false dichotomies on nearly every page, presenting an incredibly black-and-white view of human interaction. It essentially states that you're either an a) alpha male, namely a movie star like James Bond, or b) everyone else, which means you're basically a wimp who doesn't get women. The majority of the writing is just an elaboration on this very simple theme, couched in attractive sounding chapter titles, but lacking any nuance. If you don't subscribe to a strict gender binary and your primary goal isn't to "get women," you may find the tone and vocabulary a bit dated and abrasive.
3) Numerous claims are made throughout the book, but no evidence is offered to support these claims beyond reference to an anecdote or platitude. It gives me pause to think that the author must consider himself to be an alpha male, and that that's reflected in his continual assertions about how to be an alpha male, but that those assertions are empty assertions with no support. Anybody can make an assertion, but a real alpha male is curious, shows humility, and backs his assertions with sound evidence.
I personally think this should be put up as a series of blog posts rather than as a Kindle e-book as I find it clutters up the marketplace and lowers the bar of acceptability for writing quality on the Kindle store. Again, I think it's kind of the author to put this up for free, but I would have preferred a more thorough editing pass at the very least, and a complete overhaul of the core concepts at best.
